DELIVERY DESTINATIONS

We regret that we can only take order online for deliveries within the United Kingdom. Due to complexity of delivering fresh produce and matrix delivery pricing via third parties we are unable to have a standardised quote and availability for deliveries outside the UK. However we pride ourselves in customer service so if you wish to purchase produce for delivery outside the UK please contact us on contactus@belazu.com or call+44 (0) 20 8838 1912 with the details of your order and address and we will be able to send you an accurate quotation within 3 working days.

Please be sure to check local restrictions and duties payable prior to purchasing as we are unable to cover these on behalf of customers.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Free Standard Mainland UK Delivery on weekdays for orders over £50

Standard Mainland UK Delivery £5.99

We will deliver the merchandise in accordance with the delivery option selected by you at checkout. Whenever referred to, working days exclude Saturday, Sunday and Bank holidays.

Scotland Highlands, Northern Ireland and Off Mainland UK Delivery - £14.95

DAYTIME DELIVERY

Our normal delivery times are 07.00 to 19.00 Tuesday to Friday. If you are unlikely to be home during these hours, please specify an alternative delivery address, (i.e. work, a relative, neighbour etc) separate to your payment address. For UK deliveries you will receive a tracking link from our delivery partner. Through this link you may reschedule your delivery or arrange redelivery if you were not in when the delivery was attempted. Please be aware if you have ordered fresh produce we do not recommend delaying delivery as this will break the chill chain.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS
REFUNDS AND RETURNS

We offer a no quibble guarantee. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your goods, we will provide a refund or replacement without fuss. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept return of fresh perishable goods. Please contact Customer services for advice.

DAMAGED GOODS

We will replace or refund the price of goods damaged in transit, provided that you notify us within 3 days of receipt. Please check your goods as you receive them and keep the damaged goods for inspection.

THE BELAZU FOUNDATION

In the Spring of 2015, we launched our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, ‘The Journey Matters’ to provide fresh, goal-driven focus to our sustainability efforts. The initiative is based on three core pillars: Product, Planet and People.

It promotes positive change through sustainability and social engagement, values which have been embedded in all our processes and communication since 1991, the beginning of Belazu. To accomplish our CSR goals, we work together with our suppliers, customers and employees.

Furthermore, we established the Belazu Foundation in 2003 and formalised the Foundation as a registered charity in 2012. The primary aim of the charity is to support food and educational projects for children and young people in UK and the Mediterranean.

We are proud of what we have achieved so far, and we are conscious that we can always do more to contribute to a more sustainable future for all.
