When you place your order it will be delivered within 3-5 working days. During peak periods such as Christmas this time may be extended to 4-7 working days so please allow extra time.

Delivery is free to UK Mainland if you spend over £50. Our delivery cost is £5.99 for orders under £50.

We do deliver to some non UK Mainland address such as the Channel Islands and Scottish Highlands. The cost for deliver is £14.99

Due to complexity of delivering fresh produce and complexity of delivery pricing via third parties we are currently unable to deliver outside the UK.

No sorry, we’re closed on weekends and bank holidays. We deliver Monday-Friday.

If you need to change your delivery address, please email us contactus@belazu.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we will endeavour to get this changed. Please note that we cannot guarantee amendments to your order after this time.

When you place your order with us you authorise a debit/credit card payment which will be charged at the same time. If we are unable to send part or all of your order on the day of despatch, we will refund your credit card for the goods we were unable to supply. If there is time to contact, you before despatch we will make every effort to contact you to arrange for a substitute or alternative to be sent instead of any out of stock items. Refunds can take 3-5 working days.

Where possible we endeavour to be vegetarian. However in certain cases where we use cheese there is rennet in the cheese which is not suitable for vegetarians. We recommend you always read the ingredients before you buy. Where a product is not suitable for vegetarians you will find this in the CARE & PACKAGING information on the product page
