These Terms & Conditions incorporate our Privacy Policy and set out the basis on which you can visit and use this website. Please read them carefully as they contain important information.

2. DELIVERIES
2.1. Delivery Destinations
2.1.1. We regret that we can only take order online for deliveries within the United Kingdom. Due to complexity of delivering fresh produce and matrix delivery pricing via third parties we are unable to have a standardised quote and availability for deliveries outside the UK. However we pride ourselves in customer service so if you wish to purchase produce for delivery outside the UK please contact us on contactus@belazu.com or call+44 (0) 20 8838 1912 with the details of your order and address and we will be able to send you an accurate quotation within 3 working days.
2.1.2. Please be sure to check local restrictions and duties payable prior to purchasing as we are unable to cover these on behalf of customers. If you have a question about delivery outside of the UK and Channel Islands, please call Customer Services on 020 8838 1912.
2.2. Delivery charges – Free Standard Mainland UK Delivery on weekdays for orders over £50
2.2.1. Standard Mainland UK Delivery £ 5.99 on weekdays
2.2.2. We will deliver the merchandise in accordance with the delivery option selected by you at checkout. Whenever referred to, working days exclude Saturday, Sunday and Bank holidays.
2.3. Daytime delivery. If you are unlikely to be home during these hours, please specify an alternative delivery address, (i.e. work, a relative, neighbour etc) separate to your payment address. For UK deliveries you will receive a tracking link from our delivery partner DPD. Through this link you may reschedule your delivery or arrange redelivery if you were not in when the delivery was attempted. Please be aware if you have ordered fresh produce we do not recommend delaying delivery as this will break the chill chain.
2.4. If you have not recieved your order, please contact us at contactus@belazu.com or call us on 020 8838 1912 so a member of our team can assist you.
3. ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER
3.1. We will notify you by email as soon your order is placed to acknowledge receipt of your order and to provide you with an order number. If due to circumstances out of our control we are unable to fulfill your order following this acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this.
3.2 We may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock, if we have identified a product or pricing error or if we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment. Please note that we reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.
4. RETURNS
4.1. At the Belazu Ingredient Company we hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all long life ambient goods returned to us within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unopened and unused condition.
4.2. Fresh and chilled items cannot be returned.
4.3. Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used.

4.5 We will notify you by email on receipt of your returned parcel. Please allow 30 working days for your refund, exchange or replacement to be processed. You should receive returned funds within 30 days of receiving your returned goods. Please note that delivery charges cannot be refunded.
4.6. Inspecting your goods
4.6.1 You should inspect all purchased products upon receipt and check that everything specified on the delivery note is included. You will be deemed to have accepted the order unless you notify us upon receipt that there is a problem immediately (within 2 days of receipt) or you cancel the order (within 7 days of receipt of goods) in accordance with your cancellation right (see below) and/or you return the goods in accordance with our Returns Policy. If you fail to take such action, we are not obligated to accept any rejection by you of the merchandise at a later date. Your statutory rights are not affected.
4.6.2. In the event that items listed on the Delivery Note do not match those contained in your parcel; or goods are received damaged or faulty in any way, please notify us immediately (within 2 working days of receipt) by calling Customer Services on 020 8838 1912 or contactus@belazu.com

5. CANCELLATION RIGHT
5.1. Under the Distance Selling Regulations you may have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the goods if you send us a Notice of Cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. For further details of how to return merchandise please see our Returns Policy Where goods are delivered to a third party you may exercise your right to cancel if you are able to return the products to us. You can submit your Cancellation Notice by email to our customer services department contactus@belazu.com, or in writing to Customer Services, Belazu Ingredient Company, 74 Long Drive, Greenford, Middlesex, UB6 8LZ. Your statutory rights are not affected.
5.2. The Distance Selling Regulations do NOT apply to orders containing fresh chilled items and there is no right to cancel these orders.
5.3. Long life ambient products included in these orders may be returned subject to our Returns Policy only.
6. AVAILIBILITY
6.1. All items are subject to availability. Validly stated prices on our website remain in effect for so long as the merchandise is available or as otherwise stated on our website. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available for any reason.
7. PRIVACY POLICY
.1 Belazu Ingredient Company values its customers and respects their privacy. Any information we collect about you is held with the utmost care and security. We do not sell or share data with any third party. Your visit to our website and your use of any of the services or features we provide is subject to our Terms & Conditions of which this Privacy Policy is part. You will be asked to register if you would like to use some of the services and features we offer on our website. In order to register you will have to provide details including your name, address, telephone number and email address. When you register with us your information is stored in My Account where you can amend your personal details, for example if you change your address. You may be required to provide credit or debit card details when placing an order.
7.2. We ensure that all transactional information is protected to the highest standard. Transactional information includes any credit or debit card details, your personal contact information, together with any other names and addresses you provide when you place an order for delivery to another address, and your purchasing history. When you give us information, it may be used for:
7.2.1 ADMINISTRATION OF OUR WEBSITE –The information you give us is necessary to enable us to fulfil your order, make sure it is delivered correctly and to maintain your account.
7.2.2. CUSTOMER SERVICE – We ask for your contact details, such as your email address and telephone number, to enable us to answer any questions you have about using our website and to notify you about the status of your order.
7.2.3. DIRECT MARKETING – We want to keep you up-to-date on our latest products, promotional offers and events. If you have agreed when you registered, we can inform you about these and other services and events we offer by email

7.3 COOKIE POLICY

7.5.1. Our website may contain links to other websites of interest, in particular our suppliers and customers. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website. 9. LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT
9.1 Please remember that when we accept your submitted order for merchandise on this website, there will be a legally binding contract.
10. LAW, JURISDICTION AND LANGUAGE
10.1. This website, any content contained herein and any contracts entered into as a result of usage of this website are governed by English law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts are concluded in English. These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory legal rights.

12.2. Should any of your registration information change in future you are required to amend your personal online account immediately. We may change registration requirements from time to time. Furthermore, when ordering items, you will be required to provide payment details and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.
12.3. The purchase of products through the Belazu Ingredient Company website is strictly limited to parties who can lawfully enter into and form contracts on the website in accordance with English law.
13. ACCURACY OF PRICING
13.1. We have taken great care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that the details, descriptions and prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing. However, we will only accept orders if there are no material errors in the description of the product or its price as advertised on this website.
13.2. All prices are displayed including VAT and exclusive of delivery charges. The total cost of your order is the price of the merchandise and delivery charges as set out in the Delivery Charges (2.2).
14. PRICE MATCHING
14.1. Belazu Ingredient Company does not price-match with other retailers. We do, however, consistently work toward maintaining competitive prices on all products.
15. ACCURACY OF CONTENT
15.1. Although unlikely, the packaging on some products may vary from that shown. The weights and dimensions are approximate. We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and shades of all products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your personal computer equipment, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the merchandise on delivery.
15.2. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Belazu Ingredient Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.
15.3. We are not responsible for the content of any off-website pages or any other websites linked to or from this website. Links appearing on this website are for your convenience only and are not an endorsement by us of the content, products, services or suppliers connected therewith. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website, in any off-website or in any linked websites.
16. PAYMENT
16.1. Payment can be made using the payment methods detailed in the Checkout section of this website. This includes PayPal.
16.2. Payment will be debited from your account at the point at which your order is processed/dispatched.
16.3. By entering these payment details at checkout you confirm that the credit or debit card being used is yours. Please note that all credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the issuer of the card.
16.4. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to pay or does not for any reason authorise payment to Belazu Ingredient Company, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of merchandise.
16.5. We retain the legal ownership of all products until full payment has been made by you and received by us and legal ownership of the products will immediately transfer back to us if we refund any payment for the products to you.
17. DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER
17.1. Belazu Ingredient Company makes every effort to ensure that this website is free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website, or any websites accessible through it, won’t cause damage to your computer.
17.2. It is your responsibility to ensure that the right equipment is available to use the website and screen out anything that may damage it. Belazu Ingredient Company will not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.
18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Belazu Ingredient Company makes no representations or warranties in connection with this website, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of satisfactory quality, non-infringement or fitness for a particular purpose, except to the extent such warranties are not legally excludable.

22. SUBSTITUTIONS
22.1. In bundle or Hamper deals we reserve the right to substitute any product for products of equal or greater value.
22.2. From time to time we may run out of our freebie of the month. If so, we will provide an alternative freebie of similar value.
22.3 For any Hamper purchases, freebie of the month will be substituted with a recipe booklet which contains discount vouchers.
