4. Promotion Period: 00:00 on 1 September 2022 to 23:59 on 31 March 2023.

5. Entries are limited to one per promotional pack purchased. Entries are not limited to one per person.

6. Promotional tag and proof of purchase of a Belazu promotional pack during the Promotion Period should be retained following registration of a promotional code, as these may be required by the Promoter to verify a valid claim to a prize.

7. There is one main prize, consisting of x1 custom made kitchen worth up to £20,000 by Smile Kitchens. The custom kitchen will be confirmed with the winner of the competition via the usual design service provided by Smile Kitchens Limited. See https://smilekitchens.com/how-we-work/ for details. The value of up to £20,000 can be redeemed against the following kitchen components from any of the ranges from Smile Kitchens Limited (in the following order): Kitchen furniture (cabinets) Worktops Sinks and taps Lighting Appliances (via AO.com) Should any monies be left over after the above items are ordered, Smile Kitchens Limited agree to contribute the balance towards the cost of fitting the kitchen (up to a maximum of £5,000). 8. The draw will be held on 01/04/2023, and the first valid entry drawn at random by the Promoter will win the main prize. The following valid entries drawn at random by the Promoter will win one of the 10 runner up prizes in the order stated above.

9. Each winner will be contacted within 5 working days of the date of the prize draw by email to their email address registered with the Promoter.

10. Should the Promoter not receive a response to the email by 01/05/2023, or should the winner notify that they cannot accept the prize or is unable to confirm acceptance of the prize for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to award that prize to an alternative valid entry drawn at random and the original winner will have no right to any alternate prize or compensation.

11. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right, but is not obliged, to substitute any runner up prize for an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

12. Each prize is non-transferable. There are no cash alternatives. In the event of any dispute relating to the operation of the prize draw or the allocation of prizes, the Promoter’s decision is final.

13. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special, or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with the prizes except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

15. If the Promoter has reasonable grounds to believe that an entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions or has otherwise manipulated the code and/or email address registration process, or where there is any duplication of promo entry codes, that entrant will be disqualified and any claim they have for a prize invalidated.

16. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without prior notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.

These terms and conditions are governed by English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

17. The Promoter will use each entrant’s personal details for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose, unless we have that entrant’s consent.
