THE ZAKOURA FOUNDATION
The Zakoura Foundation provides quality education in Morocco, focusing on vulnerable populations in rural areas. Since 2003, we have set up 11 projects in different villages of the Atlas Mountains to provide education for over 1000 parents and children. The funds that the Belazu Foundation collate are used to build schools, provide educational materials, pay for teachers, and offer different courses to the parents.
Every year a group of 10 colleagues from different departments goes out to visit the projects and see what their support was able to achieve. This one of a kind experience increases understanding across the business and helps to raise funds.
