This refreshing treat is easy to make at home and has deep, concentrated cherry notes that instantly wake up your senses.
Ingredients

Granita
350g of apple juice -
100g of Sour Cherry Molasses

150g of sugar

250g of water

To Garnish
Sprig of mint
Method
- Step 1: Pour all the ingredients into a saucepan and bring to a boil, then immediately remove from the heat.
- Step 2: Pour into tray and place in the freezer for 4 hours. Taking out every hour to scrap/agitate with a fork.
- Step 3: Once sufficiently frozen and slushy, pile into chilled glasses and garnish with a sprig of mint.
