Ingredients
  • 200g Dried linguine
  • 2 tbsps Belazu Early Harvest Olive Oil
  • A small onion, finely diced
  • 1 tbsp Belazu Flavour Hacks Balsamic Sun-Dried Tomato
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli flakes
  • A splash of white wine
  • 2 Large tomatoes, deseeded and chopped
  • 100g White crab meat
  • Small handful of parsley, finely chopped
Method
  • Step 1: Set a pan of salted water on to boil, then drop in the linguine and begin to cook.
  • Step 2: Meanwhile, set a saute pan over medium-high heat, then pour in the olive oil and tip in the diced onion. Fry for 5-6 minutes until soft and translucent.
  • Step 3: Add the Flavour Hacks Sun-Dried Tomato along with the chilli flakes and cook for 1 minute. Pour in the white wine and reduce by half.
  • Step 4: Add the diced tomatoes and fry them for 2 minutes, then reduce the heat to medium and stir through the crab.
  • Step 5: When the linguine is cooked to your liking, use tongs to carefully lift it from the water and into the saute pan with the crab, allowing some of the pasta water to make its way into the pan, too. Toss together the pasta and sauce, adding a little more pasta water if it looks a bit dry, then sprinkle in the parsley.
  • Step 6: Divide the pasta and sauce between two plates, then drizzle with olive oil and serve.
