1 tbsp Belazu Rose Harissa Paste

70ml Belazu Early Harvest Olive Oil, plus more to drizzle

1 lemon, juiced

salt and pepper, to season

400g paneer, cut into 3cm cubes

For the Tahini yoghurt
2 tbsp Belazu Tahini -
250g greek yoghurt

1 tbsp Belazu Roasted Garlic Flavour Hack

1 tbsp chives, finely chopped

Method
- Step 1: Take the jar of Rose Harissa Paste, pour in the Early Harvest Olive Oil and lemon juice, then season with salt and pepper and shake together well.
- Step 2: Make the Tahini yoghurt by whisking togeher the Tahini, yoghurt and Roasted Garlic Flavour Hack. Season with salt and pepper to your taste then set aside.
- Step 3: Heat a griddle pan or oven grill to high heat. Tip the diced paneer into a bowl and drizzle over 3/4 of the Rose Harissa dressing. Toss together to marinate then thread onto skewers and grill for 3 minutes on each side until lightly charred.
- Step 4: To serve, spread the Tahini yoghurt over across a serving platter and arrange the skewers over the top. Drizzle over the remaining dressing and finish with chopped chives.
