6 slices of ciabatta or other italian-style bread, or 8-10 slices baguette
100g soft, mild, creamy goat’s cheese
100g hulled strawberries
1 ½ tablespoons of Balsamic Pearls
Method
Step 0: Toast the bread either in the toaster for larger slices or under the grill for the smaller pieces until lightly golden.
Step 1: Spread generously with goat’s cheese and top with strawberries. Spoon over the balsamic pearls and drizzle over some of the balsamic vinegar from the jar. Serve straight away.
