We’re thrilled with the news that our Sour Cherry Molasses has won ⭐⭐⭐ at this year’s Great Taste Awards. A firm favourite amongst some of our top restaurant customers like Cinder, The Botanist and Mallow, this chef-grade molasses is now available for your kitchen too.
Made from 100% sour cherries, the distinct flavour profile is bursting with sweet notes, followed by a tangy sharpness that’s finished with a rich, lasting cherry bite.
