We are thrilled to announce the latest editions to our Belazu pantry - our new Mayonnaise range. After countless taste tests and recipe tweaks, our team of development chefs have created two flavour-packed varieties that we can't wait for your to try! We are thrilled to announce the latest editions to our Belazu pantry - our new Mayonnaise range. After countless taste tests and recipe tweaks, our team of development chefs have created two flavour-packed varieties that we can't wait for your to try! You can find them in Waitrose and on our website.
Inspired by French Dijonaise and then Belazu-ified! Our new velvety mustard mayonnaise is made with French Grape Must Mustard, adding sweetness and warmth with a subtle spice. We used our one-of-a-kind mustard made using grape must to add a balsamic tang - a very Belazu flavour! You can use it to elevate any dish from a classic ham sandwich to a decadently dressed green bean salad.
We simply couldn't create a mayonnaise without using our signature ingredient. Creamy with an added Belazu kick, our new Mayonnaise is the perfect combination of spice & creaminess. Cumin and other spices from the Harissa create a spicy depth of flavour with a light citrus finish. This new ingredient is perfect for topping roast potatoes, using as a dip, or marinating meat for a rich flavour and an indulgent caramelised crust.
