Last week was a whirlwind for us at Belazu! We started the week by proudly sponsoring the Chef to Watch Award at the National Restaurant Awards at The Hurlingham Club. See below for some snaps of the irresistible canapés we served, our brand-new stand, and details on the NRA winners.

We served a range of canapés including green Gazpacho made with our Lovage Pesto.

We would like to extend a huge congratulations to April Lily Partridge, the talented Sous Chef at The Ledbury, for her well-deserved victory. This win adds to her previous triumph as this year's Roux Scholarship recipient, showcasing her exceptional skills and dedication to the culinary craft.
On the night, we served fresh canapés, including Lovage Pesto Green Gazpacho, Shawarma Mushroom Hummus Crostinis, and Medjool Dates filled with Sour Cherry Mascarpone made by our innovation chefs.
As always, it was an honour to have been part of the event, and we look forward to continuing our support for rising culinary talent.
