T&CS:

1. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions of entry. Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry.

2. Entry is only open to UK residents aged 18 years and over, excluding employees of the Promoter or affiliated prize brands, partners, their families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.

3. Entries must be submitted via the form on /competition-angela-hartnetts-cafe-murano/

4. Entries are limited to one per person/email address. Any multiple entries per person will be disqualified.

5. Promotion Period: 00:00 on 1st November 2023 to 23:59 on 12th November 2023. 

6. The prizes consists of 1 x £200 voucher that can be redeemed across any Cafe Murano (not valid on their online shop); 1 x Dispatch Slow-Braised Pork & Polenta & a bottle of Angela’s Toscana Rosso wine; 1 x One year’s supply (12 jars) of Angela’s Sicilian-Inspired Pesto; 1 x Belazu Luxury Hamper. There is a total of 4 prizes to be won.

7a. SPECIFIC PRIZE TERMS: The gift voucher will be supplied by email, and the winner will be responsible for booking the meal. The value of the individual £200 gift voucher code at Cafe Murano must be used in full – no change will be given and no remaining balance will remain, nor future credit given. 7b. The winner of the Dishpatch meal will be randomly selected by Belazu and contacted directly by Dishpatch to facilitate. The winner can choose delivery on any Friday or Saturday between 15th November and 25th November.

7c. The winners of a year's supply of Belazu's Angela hartnett Sicililan-Inspired Pesto & the Belazu Luxury Hamper will be contacted by Belazu to arrange delivery of the prize. The prize will be 12 x jars of the Sicilian-Inspired Pesto

8. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries or entries sent through agencies and third parties will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries.

9. The draw will be held on 13/11/23. The four winners will be drawn at random from all entries received by the closing date by the Promoter.

10. The winner will be contacted within 3 days of the date of the prize draw by email to the email address they entered in the competition form.

11. Should the Promoter not receive a response to the email within 2 weeks of first contact or should the winner notify that they cannot accept the prize or is unable to confirm acceptance of the prize for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative valid entry drawn at random and the original winner will have no right to any alternate prize or compensation.

12. Each prize is non-transferable. There are no cash alternatives. In the event of any dispute relating to the operation of the prize draw or the allocation of prizes, the Promoter’s decision is final.

13. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without prior notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.

14. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

15. The Promoter will use each entrant’s personal details for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose unless we have that entrant’s consent. Except where consent has been provided, personal details of losing entrants will be deleted 12 months after the end of the Promotion Period.
