Ingredients

For The Dip
400g Feta -
1 tbsp Belazu Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 tbsp Belazu Chargrilled Pepper Paste

1 tsp Chilli flakes

200g Greek yoghurt

To Serve
Flatbread/ pita chips to dip -
Crudites

A generous pinch of dried mint
Method
- Step 1: Add the feta, olive oil, chilli flakes, Chargrilled Pepper Paste, and 1 tbsp of yoghurt into a blender. Take care not to add all of the yoghurt in one go; otherwise, the dip will be too loose. Blitz until well combined.
- Step 2: Add the remaining yoghurt and blitz together again for a few seconds.
- Step 3: Spread onto a wide plate or shallow bowl. Sprinkle over dried mint, drizzle generously with olive oil and serve with pitta chips and crudites to dip.
