Dried spaghetti tossed in Flavour Hacks Roasted Garlic and lemon zest, combined with creamy ricotta and Parmesan. A perfect weekday dinner choice, offering a zesty and comforting blend of flavours.

200g Dried spaghetti

1 tbsp Belazu Flavour Hacks Roasted Garlic

100g Ricotta

70g Parmesan, grated

Zest of 1 lemon

2 tbsps Belazu Early Harvest Olive Oil

100g Baby spinach

Salt and pepper, to taste
Method
- Step 1: Fill a large pot with water and heat. Once boiling, season the water generously with salt and cook the spaghetti according to packet instructions.
- Step 2: In the meantime, in a medium bowl, mix the Roasted Garlic Flavour Hack, ricotta, 3/4 of the parmesan and lemon zest.
- Step 3: When the pasta is cooked, reserve 1 cup of pasta water, drain it and set it aside.
- Step 4: Place the same pot on medium heat, add the olive oil and once hot, throw in the baby spinach.
- Step 5: When the spinach is wilted, take off the heat, add the pasta along with the ricotta mix and stir. Add alternate amounts of parmesan and pasta water until you have a nice, thick, glossy sauce.
- Step 6: Season with salt and pepper to taste.
