TASTE OF LONDON 2023

What a week we had! We were thrilled to unveil an array of exciting activities at our stand this year. Our customers indulged in glasses of sparkling fizz and our signature cocktails, while immersing themselves in the energetic buzz of our Belazu Garden. Visitors to our stand tasted new and exciting ingredients from our pantry, igniting their culinary curiosity. Our talented chef friends took centre stage in our open kitchen, conjuring up a vibrant medley of summer dishes that captivated and delighted onlookers. We've captured the recipes below so you can get inspired and maybe even try a few of the recipes yourselves!

The Garden

This was the perfect spot to sit back, relax, and take in the buzzing atmosphere of Taste. Customers sipped frozen Beldi Lemon Margaritas while crunching on some of our hand-roasted nuts and cured fresh olives, as they caught up with friends surrounded by all our herbs and flowers.

The Pantry

Taste visitors immersed themselves in our ingredients, as they made their way through the pantry, sipping and sampling all we had to offer. We saved our best deals for Taste, foodie fanatics bought to their heart's content, filling up their larder with our chef-grade ingredients. We were all on hand to help them decide on what jar, bottle or tin would be best for their kitchen.

Our Belazu chef's garden was bursting with life and colour in Regent's Park.

The Pantry was full of ingredients in jars, bottles, and deli pots for foodies to try and take home with them. Our staff were on hand to suggest their personal favourites and provide some great cooking inspiration!

The OPEN KITCHEN

This is the part we were most excited about. Each year we delve into our address books to bring you some of the best chefs around London. This year was no different. Featuring Kerth Gumbs, Jake Finn, Helen Graham and more, they showed us how to prepare and cook some incredible dishes, teaching some chef hacks along the way to easily elevate their dishes.

THE BAR

This is where we served moreish snacks like our Chermoula grain salad, whipped up by our development chefs Rory and Dani. We also had some of our signature nut and olive mixes for hungry passers-by to nibble on while getting fully engrossed by our chef demos and masterclasses. We partnered with Karma Drinks to keep everyone refreshed with Karma Cola, Gingerella, and Lemony Lemonade. We also combined MOTH's Negroni cocktail with some of our Pomegranate Molasses to create a Pomegranate Negroni Spritz.

Our in-house development chefs helped our chef line up get familiar with our open kitchen and provide lots of help when dishing out samples to hungry customers.

Our bar team were busy keeping everyone hydrated in the hot summer sun with our signature cocktails, beers, wine and soft drinks, served alongside our moreish tapas.
